The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge Students’ Grievance Cell. The college has a ‘suggestion & complaint box’ accessible to the students to write and report their problems without the fear of being treated with bias if spoken openly. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail to the officer in-charge of Students’ Grievance Cell. The Grievance Cell will assure that the grievance has been properly solved in a stipulated time limit provided by the cell. A scientifically analyzed feedback system has also been evolved to record the views of the out-going students and to use this information for preparing the IQAR of the previous session and the IQAP coming session by the IQAC.
